Our client needed a brand refresh to better reflect their evolving business values and appeal to a younger demographic.
YPA Realty needed a faster way to create high-quality real estate design materials without starting from scratch every time. Managing property ads, agent promotions, and listing posters manually was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. The brand needed a simple system for real estate poster design, website-aligned visuals, and easy content creation.
Goal
We did some intense market research, refined their brand message, and created a brand new look to truly showcase their identity.
We created a Canva-style real estate marketing application for YPA Realty to help realtor, broker and user to design property posters, social media posts, and branded ad creatives faster. The goal was to make real estate marketing simple, consistent, and professional while supporting the company’s online presence through yparealty.com.

We developed a clean and easy design system with a Canva-like application concept and ready-to-use real estate advertising poster layouts. This helped create a smoother workflow for branded real estate marketing, improved visual consistency, and made it easier to produce professional property promotion content for digital and print use.
