The architectural beauty and high-end lifestyle of the Ameya Group’s real estate developments should be shown in real life and online. The main goal was to make a set of physical marketing materials—luxury brochures, high-visibility outdoor hoardings, and impactful event standees—that would instantly build trust, draw in wealthy investors, and establish the brand’s authority in the competitive Mumbai real estate market.
We made a Unified Brand Authority by giving all of our pamphlets and billboards a high-end look to show that the group is a leader in luxury redevelopment. We got more people interested in buying by making high-end sales brochures that made it easier for buyers to talk about complicated project details. We came up with targeted outdoor advertising in busy areas of Mumbai to increase brand recall and organic inquiries. This would give the brand a lot of awareness. Integrated event branding brought in more people to the property expo and more people made reservations on-site, which led to a Successful Event ROI. Lastly, we built a Scalable Design System with brand standards that can be changed to make sure that all parts of the firm look the same.
