Even though they had good projects, their old-fashioned look didn’t appeal to youth or high-end investors. Inconsistency with the brand across different touchpoints made it harder to remember, which shows that we need to move away from marketing based on features and toward marketing based on value. This change is meant to help build stronger mental bonds and trust with today’s clients.
To bring Shivaraj Group return in motion, we created a modern visual language that is both easy to understand and has a high-end look. We made sure the brand was consistent by using the same logos, fonts, and colour schemes on all handouts, standees, and outdoor ads. This change in strategy from competing with local businesses focuses on “Community and Trust,” making the group appear as an open, lifestyle-focused builder with a more up-to-date market presence.
Our full rebranding gave Shivaraj Group a consistent, professional visual identity that increased market exposure. All offline collateral—including premium booklets and site hoardings—was standardised to ensure brand consistency. This lifestyle-centric narrative strategy increased social media engagement and lead quality. This transition made Shivaraj Group a trusted developer of vibrant communities, giving them a competitive advantage and cementing their position as a contemporary real estate leader.
